We recently shared exciting news with our customers: Berbix has been acquired by Socure, the leading platform for digital identity verification and trust.
As we move forward with this transition, we are making some adjustments to our support structure. Effective at the end of this week, we will be streamlining our communication channels to improve efficiency and better serve your needs. As a result, we will be discontinuing the following communication channels you have used to reach Berbix support in the past.
- The “Escalate Transaction” feature in the Berbix dashboard
- The [email protected] email address and ticketing system
- Shared Slack channels
To ensure uninterrupted support, we kindly request that you direct all inquiries to our new dedicated email address: [email protected].
This email address has been specifically created to assist Berbix customers and will be monitored by the combined Berbix + Socure team. By consolidating our support channels, we will be able to ensure prompt and knowledgeable responses, and continue providing the high-quality support you have come to expect from us.
