Berbix provides detailed reporting on the performance of your identity verification in the Analytics tab of the dashboard.

Our analytics feature may only be enabled for enterprise-level accounts, and is only visible to users with admin permissions. If you're interested in enabling this feature for the admins on your account, please reach out to [email protected].

General Analytics

The General analytics tab provides aggregate metrics on your verification performance and volume over time. These metrics include transaction volume, conversion rate, session length, prevalence of specific flags, volume by ID type, transaction share by ID subdivision, etc.

Funnel Analytics

The Funnel analytics tab provides detailed conversion rate metrics on a step-by-step basis within the verification flow and can be filtered by specific Templates.
